Wet Your Hair:
- Start by wetting your hair thoroughly. You can do this in the shower, under a faucet, or using a basin. Your hair should be completely saturated with water.
Apply Co-Wash Conditioner:
- Dispense a generous amount of co-wash conditioner into your palm (the amount depends on your hair length and thickness). You might need more product than you would with regular conditioner.
Apply to Your Scalp:
- Apply the co-wash conditioner directly to your scalp. Use your fingertips to massage it gently into your scalp. Focus on massaging your scalp and hair roots to lift dirt, sweat, and product buildup. This is the cleansing part of co-washing.
Distribute Through Your Hair:
